What Is Google Arbitrage?

Google Arbitrage is when you build a website integrated with Adsense and then drive traffic to it using Adwords.
The concept is pretty simple and anyone can get a site up and running fairly quickly. The plan is to pay a low amount for advertising (i.e. $0.10 per click) for a larger adsense click (i.e. $1).
